What are the shipping charges?
Gilgitbaltistangems.com Shipping Charges depends on several ways like – By DHL for all countries Upto $25.00 USD for half kg and on local airmail up to $10 USD.
Note: Local taxes and import duties would be the responsibility of the customer.
What countries do you ship to?
We Ship to all the major countries of the world except India and Israel with trusted shipping partners like DHL and Local Air mail accordingly. It’s the client own responsibility to get Custom Clearance after Shipping.
When will you ship my order?
If the ordered gemstone is available in stocks, then the shipping is possible on the same working day. However, if you are ordering in bulk, then the procedure to ship your order will take around 6 to 10 working days or may be more days. If there is any delay in the order, then also you will be informed by us.
Will I know my corresponding package tracking number?
When your order is shipped by us, then a confirmation mail consisting of the tracking number of your shipment is sent. In case if your order is shipped through DHL, then you can check the status of shipment over the DHL website. Registered mail shipments require to be tracked from the postal service in the destination country. Most countries provide online tracking number for registered mail, but some does not.
What are my payment options?
We accept PayPal and all primary credit cards like Visa, Master Card etc.
How can I buy from you, if I don't have a credit card?
If you don't have credit card, you can still shop with us through debit card, VISA or Master card. Otherwise, you can use directly a wire transfer from your bank if your order is over $200 USD.
Will it be safe to send my credit card information via web?
Your online transaction information would be 100% safe and secure and this information cannot be seen and shared by anybody.
Can I get certificates for your gems?
Yes, gilgitbaltistangems.com Certification and third party Certification is chargable. You can order it while adding any stone to the cart. For testing the gemstone we will give it to a gemological laboratory and will send you the certificate along with your order.
Define the "Return Policy" that is applicable to the customers?
gilgitbaltistangems.com give 21 days risk return/replacement policy, in other words you have 21 days privilege from the date of purchase of the product if for any reason you wish to return it. If anyone is not completely satisfied, then the company will refund the money back with the return of the product without the shipping, handling insurance charges. Customer will have to pay the return shipping charges.
How do I return any purchased stone from you?
If you want to return any gem to us during the inspection period, simply you have to drop a mail within 2 days at info@gilgitbaltistangems.com. Be sure to include the order ID of the gemstone and the picture you want to return. We will check your order and send you a return authorization code and specific return instructions.
Will it be possible to order multiple items of a gemstone in a single shipping charges?
Yes, it is possible to order multiple items from us. All your gemstones will be shipped combined and you will save individual shipping charges. Add your desired items to the cart one by one and then click Checkout link.
Note: You will be charged extra if your package weight exceeds from 500 grams.
